Today, I head to sign books at Louisville's Mint Julep Tours in downtown Louisville. Run by the affable couple Lisa and Sean Higgins, this new tour company debuted this past March and has already been featured in the Courier Journal's September 2nd Business section. Mint Julep Tours offers trips to locale Louisville distilleries and cooperages (where whiskey barrels are made) to "out-of-the-Ville" bourbon trails and horse farms.
