Louisville Courier Journal book review

Four years after publication, a book review in the Courier-Journal. No notice that it would appear, but a welcome surprise no less! Only problem is they have the book price incorrect; it's $9.95, not $29.95. Actually this should be an enticement to go out and buy a copy!
